Instructions: Finely slice celery diagonally.
Core and cut apples into 1cm cubes. Mix the mayonnaise and yoghurt together in a bowl. Add the apple, celery, walnuts, saltanas and toss well to coat with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with coconut and chopped parsley to serve. Email this Recipe:
