Instructions: Combine the vinegar sugar and mustard in a small bowl.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir to mix then gradually beat in the walnut oil a little at a time. Stir the chopped walnuts and herbs into the dressing and add a little more salt and pepper if necessary.
