Instructions: Preheat oven to 300.
Combine crumbs, walnuts, sugar and margarine. Press into a 9" spring form pan. In a lg. mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake for 55 mins., or until center is set. Cool. Prepare topping. In saucepan, combine 1/3 c. each dark brown sugar, and whipping cream. Cook, and stir until sugar dissolves. Simmer for 5 mins., or until thickened. Add 1/2 c. chopped toasted walnuts.
