Instructions: Finely chop the walnuts.
Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually at sugar while beating to form a meringue. Fold through chopped walnuts and cornflakes. Spoon walnut sized portions onto a greased baking tray. Bake 300 F for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool before removing. Email this Recipe:
