6 x eggs, separated
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup flour, sifted
3/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon color. Add water and beat well. Beat in sugar and gradually add flavoring. Fold in flour, salt and nuts. Beat whites and cream of tartar till stiff, then fold into yolk mixture. Bake in tube pan at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
