1/2 cup Dried Apricots -- firmly
Packed
1/2 cup Water
46 oz Apricot Nectar
1/4 cup Frozen Tangerine Juice --
Thawed
3 tbl Lemon Juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Smoothly puree dried apricots and water in blender. Rub puree through a fine strainer into a 3- to 4-quart pan. Add apricot nectar, tangerine concentrate, and lemon juice. Stir over high heat until steaming. Add brandy, if desired. Pour into mugs.

Makes 8 cups, 6 to 8 servings.
