1/2 cup Champagne vinegar
2 tbl Sugar
1 tsp Flour
2 tsp Dry vermouth
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbl Heavy cream
1/2 cup Olive oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine the vinegar, sugar, flour, vermouth and mustard in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Gradually whisk in the cream and the olive oil, in a steady stream. Season with salt & pepper. Remove from the heat and use.
