Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 cup flour
5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cup milk
4 x eggs separted
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all dry ingredients together. Add milk, yolks and butter. Beat egg whites and fold into batter. Do not use electric beater for batter. Bake in a Moderately hot waffle iron 4 to 5 minutes until crisp and brown. Top with the following Syrup:

Cinnamon, Pecan, and Honey Syrup

2 Cups Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Honey
3/4 Cup pecans, Chopped
1/2 t. Cinnamon

Combine all ingredients: stir well. Pour into an airtight container. Store at room Temperature. Serve over waffles. This is GREAT!!!!!
