Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 can peach halves (29 oz.)
1 can pear halves (29 oz.)
1 can apricot halves (16 oz.)
1 can pineapple chunks (8.5 oz.)
1 jar maraschino cherries
any other favorite fruits such as chunky fruit salad
1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
3/4 cup light brown sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Drain the fruits. In a 3 qt. baking dish, place fruit, hollow side up, if possible. Combine the butter, sugar and curry powder. Pour on top. Cover, and bake at 325 for 1 hour, basting 3-4 times.

NOTES :
This recipe may also be done in a crockpot. Simply combine ingredients, and cook on low for 3 hours, or until heated thoroughly. I make this every Christmas morning, to have with the overnight Egg Casserole.
