Instructions: Drain lobster; flake meat with fingers and set aside.
In small saucepan, melt cheese over low heat until smooth, stirring often. Stir in lobster, wine, mayonnaise, garlic, onion, sugar, mustard, salt and cayenne; heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve in warmed bowl. Makes about 2 cups. Variation: Crab Dip: Substitute 1 pkg. (7 oz.) frozen crab for the lobster. Yield: 2 cups Email this Recipe:
