Instructions: Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the pulp and seeds.
Place these in the base of a buttered small ovenproof dish. Place the melted butter in a bowl stir in the sugar fold in the flour then the egg. Once well combined spoon over the passion fruit and bake at 200C/400F/Gas Mark 6 for about 20 minutes until golden brown and well risen. Serve warm.
