Instructions: Spit the croissants horizontally.
Spread one half with cream cheese then top with couple of slices of smoked salmon. Half and peel the avocados and cut into slices then divide between the croissants placing on top of the salmon. Sprinkle over some lemon juice and plenty of black pepper. Place the brie slices over the avocado and put under a preheated grill for about 1 minute or until the cheese begins to melt. Remove and quickly place the warmed top half over the base. Eat while it is still gooey end warm. Reblochon is a good substitute for the brie. Serves 6 Email this Recipe:
