Instructions: Makes 8 cups sauce. VEGAN
This recipe makes extra sauce that can be used as a pasta topper or for lasagna. It also freezes well. If you prefer to make a smaller quantity, simply cut the recipe in half. In large saute pan, cook onion in oil over medium heat until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato and onion and garlic powders. Season with salt and pepper.
