Instructions: Blend mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon bleu cheese until well mixed. Spread the mixture evenly over the bread. Place leaves of greens on bread. Arrange pear slices on top. Sprinkle remaining bleu cheese and walnuts on top. Run under the broiler, watch carefully, until the cheese has just melted and walnuts begin to toast.
