2 can sliced pears or chunk pineapple - (15 oz ea)
1 can peach halves or slices - (16 oz)
1 can apricot halves - (16 oz)
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup sherry
2 tbl flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Arrange fruit in a 2-quart casserole dish.

Melt butter over low heat, add flour and sugar, stirring until all lumps are gone. Gradually add sherry; cook over medium heat until thickened. Pour over fruit; cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or 10 minutes on High in microwave.

This recipe yields 11 servings.
