Instructions: Mash or puree beans. Beat eggs; add to beans. Add the next five ingredients and beat well. Place a few currants in each shell. Pour in the filling.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until nicely brown. (Variations: Maple flavoring can be substituted for vanilla extract, and pecans or walnut for currants.) Email this Recipe:
