Instructions: Mix together and marinate for 20 minutes the water chestnuts and teriyaki sauce. Preheat the broiler and roll the marinated chestnuts with the bacon and secure with a toothpick. Broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat, turning once, until the bacon is cooked but not crisp, about 3 minutes.

Eat and enjoy! Great finger food. Worst part is putting them all together, but it really doesnt take too long.
