Instructions: Place watermelon in a large bowl; cover and freeze.
Place half of frozen watermelon, half of powdered sugar, and half of concentrate in a blender, and process until smooth. Pour mixture into individual glasses. Repeat procedure with remaining watermelon, powdered sugar, and concentrate. Yield: 7 cups (serving size: 1 cup). Serving Ideas : Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired. Serve immediately.
