Instructions: In a blender, combine the cantaloupe, banana, OJ, yogurt, and bran. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds. Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
I used frozen fruit chunks and let then stand (in the blender) at room temperature for about 30 minutes before blending. I sometimes add a few splashes of skim milk to soften the consistency.
