1 cup watermelon balls frozen
2 tbl yogurt with fruit, nonfat, artificial
sweetener
4 oz skim milk
2 tsp ground flaxseed
Instructions:
Instructions: Allow frozen melon to soften slightly at room temp for 10 to 15 minutes.

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add additional milk, if a thinner consistency is desired.

I blend this right in a large plastic cup using my Braun Immersion (stick) blender. You can also use a regular blender, but the cleanup is easier with the hand-blender: just rinse and put away.

Serving Ideas : Serve with a straw.
