2 oz Sugar
4 oz Currants
1 oz Peel
1 x Egg
Instructions:
Instructions: (PWDIN WATCYN WYNNE) Mix the dry ingredients. Beat the egg and add to the milk. Bind the pudding together with the liquid. Cover and boil for 3 hours. Serve with Madeira Sauce
