Instructions: In medium saucepan combine Vanilla Dessert Mix, sugar, gelatin and water. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Pour into a bowl and add Stawberry Punch Concentrate;chill until thickened.* Fold in whipped topping; blend well. Stir in strawberries.

Pour into pie shell and chill until set, 1 to 2 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and strawberries.
*Note from Watkins Kitchen: To hasten chilling, place bowl of pudding mixture in large bowl of ice water, then stir until thickened.
