Instructions: Sieve flour into basin, rub in fat until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs; add yogurt to make a firm dough. Roll out, cut into 8 rounds and fit into bun tins. Mix all mincemeat ingredients together and divide evenly between pastry cases. Roll out remaining pastry, divide evenly and cut into small rounds or crescents to decorate pies. Bake in a moderate oven 350F/180C/Gas Mark 4 for about 20 minutes or until pastry is golden.
