Instructions: Brown beef in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions; cook 1 minute. Add rice, corn and tomatoes; cook until heated through, 2 to 3 minutes. Divide rice mixture equally into four individual bowls.
Note: Individual rice bowls may be stored in the freezer for up to one month. To reheat frozen rice bowls, cook on HIGH 5 to 7 minutes, or until heated through. Let stand in microwave 1 to 2 minutes. Email this Recipe:
