	Beat together: ----------------
1/2 cup	cooking oil
2 cup	packed brown sugar
4 x	eggs
	----------------- Mix in: ----------------
1 tbl	grated orange peel
1/2 tsp	vanilla extract
3 cup	grated carrots
	----------------- In separate bowl, combine: ----------------
1/2 cup	wheat germ
2 cup	flour
3 tsp	baking powder
1/2 tsp	salt
1/2 tsp	cinnamon
3/4 tsp	nutmeg
	Stir into carrot mixture.
	----------------- Add: ----------------
1 cup	raisins

Instructions:

Instructions: Turn into greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan.

Bake in 350 F oven 60 - 70 minutes, or until cake passes the toothpick test.

Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove to cake rack to finish cooling.
