Ingredients:

4 tbl Unsalted butter
1 cup Fresh mushrooms (your choice as to type), sliced
1 sm Onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup Pecans, chopped
1 tbl Fresh thyme leaves
1/2 cup Instant bulgar
3 cup Chicken or vegetable broth
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat 3 Tbl. of butter in skillet over high heat; saute mushrooms, onion, pecans, and thyme until onion is translucent. Add dry bulgar and saute for an additional 2 minutes. Stir in the broth, raisins, and remaining butter.

Cook for time recommended on bulgar package, or until broth is mostly absorbed. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
