Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a blender, cover tightly, and whip at low speed for 30 seconds or until smooth. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. If using this as a dip base, add the other ingredients before chilling.

This recipe yields 9 servings.

Serving size: 2 tablespoons.

Comments: This is a base for many dips, but it is also delicious atop a baked potato.
