Instructions: Cut up onion and fry in a little oil with Bay Leaf, add cut up celery and baby carrots and peas. Start with the onion, then start cutting the celery, and add it, then just keep working. Saute while ripping apart chicken into bits.
Add chicken bits to veggies. Add Chicken broth and bring to boil, then add can of soup, and milk. Bring to a simmer. Remove bay leaf before dropping in the dumplings. Make dumplings...just add pepper to the Bisquick, then add the milk, stir and drop into simmering stew. Cook ten minutes uncovered, then ten minutes covered. Email this Recipe:
