Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 x Loaves french bread, sliced on an angle into 1/2-inch slices
3 tbl Olive oil
2 can White beans, rinsed and well drained
1/4 cup Olive oil
3 tbl Balsamic vinegar
4 x Cloves garlic, finely chopped
Salt and fresh pepper
1/4 cup Flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

2. Brush each slice of bread on one side with olive oil.

3. Place the slices on a baking sheet and bake in the oven 10-15 minutes or until lightly golden.

4. Combine the beans, oil, vinegar, and garlic in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper, and add the parsley and oregano.

5. Top each slice of bread with a heaping tablespoon of the white bean mixture and serve immediately.

*This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled for larger parties.
