Instructions: In a large bowl combine beans tuna celery tomatoes and parsley.
In a small bowl whisk all dressing ingredients together. Toss with bean mixture. Taste and adjust seasoning. The fragile perfume of tarragon wends its way through the creaminess and crunch of this tempting combination. Though any tuna works well here an olive oil packed brand works best.
