2 cup Chopped onion
1 x Yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 x Jalapeno chili, finely chopped
1 tsp Minced garlic
1 tbl Vegetable oil
3 tbl Flour
1 can (141/2 ounces) chicken broth
1 tsp Dried oregano leaves
1 tsp Dried cumin
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1 can (15 ounces) Great Northern beans, rinsed, drained
2 cup Cubed turkey
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Chopped green pepper

Saute onion, yellow bell pepper, jalapeno and garlic in oil in large saucepan until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in flour and cook 1 to 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Add chicken broth and herbs to saucepan; heat to boiling. Boil, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in beans and turkey and cook 3 to 4 minutes; season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon chili into bowls; top each with 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper and tomato.

Makes 4 servings.
