2 cup White Beans Cooked
1 tsp Olive Oil (used 1/2 t)
3 x Cloves Garlic minced
2 x Shallots chopped
1 sm Onion chopped
1 cup Chicken Stock or vegetable stock strong (used vegetable stock)
2 tsp Unsalted Butter (used 1 t)
1 tbl Fresh Basil chopped
2 tsp Fresh Rosemary chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: I adjusted the recipe to more of what Jeff and I prefer: 1/2 t olive oil,

1 t unsalted butter and eliminated the salt. I had cooked the dry white beans the previous day in the crockpot so they were ready to be put directly into the frying pan when I was ready to prepare the recipe.

Warm frying pan to hot but not smoking. Saute onions, garlic and shallots. Add cooked white beans (previously cooked to tender but not mushy). Stir. Add chicken or vegetable stock.

Roast in 1 tsp butter the rosemary and basil. Add to beans. Stir and add

salt and pepper to taste.

This is EXCELLENT!!
