Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 x 16 oz. cans white beans, drained
1 tbl olive oil
1 lrg bunch of greens, chard works well
1 med onion, chopped
2 x cloves of garlic minced
1 x 16 oz.can of diced tomatoes (use fresh in summer)
1/2 tsp salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 tbl catsup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
dash of salt
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large skillet, saute in 1 tablespoon olive oil, the onions, garlic and greens until tender crisp. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, catsup and Worcestershire sauce, and beans. Place in a lightly oiled 9X13 inch pan. Toss together the bread crumbs, salt and additional oil and sprinkle over the other ingredients. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 40 minutes, until it bubbles and the topping is crisp.

Serves 4 as a main dish, or 8 as a side dish.
