3/4 cup Hazelnuts, finely chopped
1/2 cup Graham Crackers, crushed
1/4 cup Sugar
6 tsp Butter, melted

4 x 8 oz. pkgs. Cream Cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup Sugar
4 x Eggs
3 oz White Chocolate, finely chopped
1/4 cup Frangelico (hazelnut liquor)
----------------- Hazelnut Praline Topping: ----------------
2/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar
2/3 cup Whipping or Heavy Cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap a 10" springform pan wrapped with aluminum foil (make sure that there are no seems in the foil). Combine crust ingredients in a bowl. Pat into the bottom and 1" up the sides of pan. Bake for 10 Minutes. Cream together cheese and sugar until fluffy.

Add eggs, mix in chocolate and liqueur. Pour mixture into crust and bake until edges are set and the center moves slightly. Approx, 1 hour. Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes. In saucepan over medium heat, cook sugar and cream until sugar dissolves and simmer 12 - 15 minutes. Covered for the last 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in hazelnuts. Spoon over cake and allow to cool in refrigerator covered.
