2 cup heavy cream
8 oz white chocolate chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Place heavy cream in a 2 quart saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat until cream comes to a boil. Pour cream over chocolate. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Cool sauce in ice water bath for about 15 minutes. When cold stir in vanilla. Cover securely and refrigerate until needed.
