5 oz White chocolate
1/2 cup 35% cream
1 cup Light sour cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Over low heat in double boiler, melt chocolate. Add cream, blending well.

Add sour cream until sauce is warm and smooth. Remove from heat and add Cointreau, mixing well.

Pour sauce over cake and strawberries.
