Instructions: Break chocolate into sml pieces (if not using choc buttons). Place in a bowl & stand over a saucepan of simmering water stirring occasionally. Whip up egg whites until soft peaks form & fold into mixture. Whisk Tia Maria & egg yolks in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water until mixture starts to thicken. Fold in cream. Do not overcook as it will curdle.
