Instructions: Cook garlic in oil until softened. Add flour and mix to a paste. Add juice from canned clams and mix until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients except pasta and cook stirring over med heat for about 5 mins. Serve over hot pasta. NOTES : Some white wine can be added although you will need more flour. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Email this Recipe:
