Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 can clams 10 ounce
1 tbl canola oil
1 x clove garlic minced
1/2 tbl flour
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tbl parsley
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook garlic in oil until softened. Add flour and mix to a paste. Add juice from canned clams and mix until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients except pasta and cook stirring over med heat for about 5 mins.

Serve over hot pasta.

NOTES : Some white wine can be added although you will need more flour.

Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
