4 cup Water
1 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Cut pork in 1-1/2 inch cubes. Place in a heavy pan with sherry, water and salt. Bring to a boil; then simmer, covered, until tender (about 1 hour).

2. Add sugar and simmer 10 minutes more.
