Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In large bowl combine mozzarella cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions and Tabasco pepper sauce.

Sprinkle mixture onto pizza crusts; place crusts on large cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

This recipe yields 2 pizzas.
