Ingredients:

1/2 cup Milk
2 tbl Cold water
1/2 cup Heavy cream
3 x Egg
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tbl Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Confectioners sugar
1 tbl Powdered gelatin
Instructions:
Instructions: Beat eggs and sugar until light, add gelatin which has been softened in the cold water and dissolved over boiling water. Stir in the milk, add vanilla, cream (to which salt has been added), whipped until stiff, in an ice cold bowl. Press strawberries through a sieve, sweeten and stir into mixture.

Freeze.

Makes 4 quarts.
