Instructions: Place the sliced onion and shallots in a saute pan with a little oil and caramelize them.
Paint the already baked pizza crust with the olive oil mixed with the crushed garlic then sprinkle on the pinch of sugar. Then scatter on top the first three cheeses. Crumble the gorgonzola in the central area. Scatter the caramelized onion/shallots on top. Place this under the broiler and melt the cheeses and heat the whole thing up. Remove and allow to set. Takes about 5-10 min. then cut into small wedges and serve as a finger food appetizer course. The flavors that come out of this appetizer are amazing! Email this Recipe:
