Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 cup Daikon, coarsely shredded (white Oriental radish)
2 med Green onions, thinly sliced
1 sm Red chili pepper, seeded, finely chopped
2 tbl Rice vinegar
1/2 tsp Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Canola oil
1/2 tsp Toasted sesame oil
Instructions:
Instructions: This relish has a real kick; serve it with Korean Barbecued Beef and other mild foods. Combine daikon, onion and chili in a bowl. In another bowl combine remaining ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour over daikon mixture. Cover and chill up to 24 hours.

Makes 16 servings.
