Amount Ingredient
3 cup Wild Turkey meat
3 can White Northern beans
2 can Chicken broth
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Chopped onion
1/4 tsp Onion powder
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Celery salt
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Parsley flakes
1 tbl Ground cumin
1/8 tsp Ground cloves
1/4 tsp Oregano
1 can White corn kernels
2 x Chopped green chilies
1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute turkey in skillet with onions for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Simmer one hour. Top each bowl with Monterey Jack cheese and serve with flour tortillas.

This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.

Comments: Spring is the time to put to use those yelps, cackles and purrs you have been practicing for the last three months. You probably sound more like a turkey hen than the real Mc-Coy. With a little luck and if you can sit still in the woods, you will soon have a nice big gobbler to chow down on. Try this recipe for a change of pace from baked or fried turkey.
