Instructions: Preheat oven to DGF-400.
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles bread crumbs. Add milk and mix to form soft dough. Knead for 30 seconds. Roll out dough on a floured surface into a rectangle 1/4 inch thick. Spread rectangle with soft butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough up tightly pinching edges to seal. Cut dough into 1 inch slices. Set slices on end in muffin tins. Bake about 15 minutes or until browned. Email this Recipe:
