Ingredients:

1/4 cup whole grain flour
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 cup skim milk
6 tbl applesauce
1/4 cup molasses
3 tbl maple sugar
1 tbl canola oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F.

Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix the wet ingredients together. Pour the wet mixture over the flour mixture. Mix until moistened, but dont overmix.

Spoon the batter into prepared muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffin comes out clean.

Cool on a wire rack.
