Instructions: Heat oven to 375F. Lightly grease baking sheets. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large mixing bowl, beat butter, honey, powdered milk and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs. Add sifted ingredients; blend well. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop by small teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets, spacing well apart. Bake 10-12 mins or until cookies are just lightly browned.
