2 tsp Salted black beans
1 x Chopped red chilli
1 x Clove garlic, chopped
2 tsp Grated fresh ginger
1 sm Bunc coriander, roughly chopped
Splash of sherry
Splash of soy sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 200 C/400 F/gas mark 6.

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Put the fish in an oven proof dish and spoon over the sauce. Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
