Instructions: Cut the stem ends from the tomatoes and remove excess juice and seeds.

Mix the remaining ingredients and season to taste.

Place a small amount of this mixture in the cavity of each tomato.

Place two tomatoes in each cooking foil package.

Seal and cook in the hot charcoal for 10-15 minutes.
