1 cup dried apple slices, finely chopped
1 cup boiling water
1 cup Pillsbury BEST All Purpose Flour, or Unbleached Flour
1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup Pillsbury BEST Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
1 x egg
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
----------------- GLAZE ----------------
3/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Dried apples and applesauce combine to make this a healthful cake-like bar. If time is short, simply sprinkle with powdered sugar instead of glazing.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. In small bowl, combine dried apples and boiling water; set aside.

Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off. In small bowl, combine all-purpose flour, rolled oats, wholewheat flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Set aside.
